STUDYING ZERO BALANCING

CORE ZB - ZBI Y ZBII

Core ZB, the foundation program of ZB, is a 50 hour program which is taught in two 25-hour segments – ZBI and ZBII.

ZBI is the first course in the Zero Balancing curriculum and the first half of the “Core Zero Balancing” program. ZBI introduces you to the technique, theory, tactile skills, and history of the art and science of Zero Balancing.

ZBII is the second half of the Core Zero Balancing program. In ZBII, you will refine your skills performing the fulcrums from ZBI while learning new fulcrums that will complete the Zero Balancing Core Protocol.
